Job Description:

Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited, a leading outerwear manufacturer, is seeking a proactive HR professional to lead HR operations. This role offers the chance to drive employee engagement, talent development, and compliance, shaping a positive workplace culture while supporting business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead HR operations, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent development, to drive business success.
  2. Implement strategies for enhancing workplace productivity, retention, and employee relations.
  3. Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management with a focus on fostering a harmonious work environment.
  4. Manage PDP for employees at all levels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to align people development initiatives with business objectives.
  6. Ensure compliance with workplace policies, addressing harassment and misconduct with zero tolerance.
  7. Prepare HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making and reporting purposes.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
