Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent development, to drive business success.
- Implement strategies for enhancing workplace productivity, retention, and employee relations.
- Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management with a focus on fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Manage PDP for employees at all levels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to align people development initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, addressing harassment and misconduct with zero tolerance.
- Prepare HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making and reporting purposes.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
