The role involves driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by achieving sales targets in a competitive real estate market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
2. Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams across multiple branches
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
4. Monitor sales performance and prepare progress reports for management
5. Identify new business opportunities and market trends
6. Ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals and standards

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in real estate or similar industry

   • Smart, confident, and target-driven personality
