Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams across multiple branches
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Monitor sales performance and prepare progress reports for management
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals and standards
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
