We are looking for energetic, ambitious and result-oriented Sales Representatives with practical FMCG retail sales experience to develop our cattle feed distribution network in rural and semi-urban markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit designated village bazaars, rural markets and semi-urban retail outlets daily to promote and sell the company's cattle feed products.
• Identify, approach and appoint potential retail customers, including grocery shops, bran and grain shops, agricultural input shops and other suitable local retailers.
• Develop new retail outlets and maintain strong business relationships with existing retailers.
• Generate sales orders from retail shops and coordinate timely product delivery from the company's designated branch depots.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, including new outlet development and sales volume.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers and strictly follow the company's cash sales and credit control policies.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers, competitors, prevailing retail prices and market opportunities.
• Promote product availability and build demand among local cattle farmers in coordination with retailers.
• Maintain accurate records of retail outlets, daily visits, orders, sales, collections and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the Branch In-Charge regarding stock availability, delivery arrangements, sales performance and market development.
• Build strong relationships with local shopkeepers, market associations and other relevant market influencers.
• Expand the company's retail distribution coverage within the assigned territory through continuous market development.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate/Masters in any discipline

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Experience in selling products through grocery shops, general stores, village bazaars and small retail outlets will be highly valued.
   • Candidates from biscuits, confectionery, snacks, beverages, packaged foods, consumer goods and similar FMCG retail distribution businesses are particularly encouraged to apply.
   • Previous experience in cattle feed, poultry feed, fish feed or other animal feed sales is not required.
   • Fresh candidates with exceptional selling ability and strong familiarity with local retail markets may also be considered.
