Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer / Senior Officer – HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management and core HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policy and labor laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll data including salary structure, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and overtime reports.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR databases (joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation).
  • Manage the employee exit process including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, and last working day confirmation.
  • Ensure final settlement processing within the stipulated timeline as per company policy and labor law.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Experience and Skills:
