We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer / Senior Officer – HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management and core HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policy and labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll data including salary structure, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly attendance and overtime reports.
- Resolve discrepancies related to attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases (joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation).
- Manage the employee exit process including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, and last working day confirmation.
- Ensure final settlement processing within the stipulated timeline as per company policy and labor law.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
