Dekko Foods Limited, a sister concern of Dekko Group, is seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional to lead and strengthen its people and administrative functions. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, talent management, employee relations, and overall administrative management, supporting business growth and operational excellence in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with company goals and Dekko Group standards
- Manage performance management systems, KPIs, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
- Oversee training & development programs, skill enhancement, and leadership development
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and ensure a healthy industrial climate
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits administration
- Design and administer compensation structures, increments, bonuses, and incentive schemes
- Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and MIS
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory acts, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with government authorities, labor offices, and regulatory bodies
- Manage audits, inspections, and statutory documentation
- Oversee general administration including office/factory facilities, security, transport, canteen, and housekeeping
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with EHS standards
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management, supporting organizational growth and change initiatives
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Admin team
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
