Manager / Sr. Manager – HR & Admin

Job Description:

Dekko Foods Limited, a sister concern of Dekko Group, is seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional to lead and strengthen its people and administrative functions. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, talent management, employee relations, and overall administrative management, supporting business growth and operational excellence in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit management
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with company goals and Dekko Group standards
  3. Manage performance management systems, KPIs, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
  4. Oversee training & development programs, skill enhancement, and leadership development
  5. Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and ensure a healthy industrial climate
  6. Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
  7. Manage payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits administration
  8. Design and administer compensation structures, increments, bonuses, and incentive schemes
  9. Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and MIS
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory acts, and statutory requirements
  11. Liaise with government authorities, labor offices, and regulatory bodies
  12. Manage audits, inspections, and statutory documentation
  13. Oversee general administration including office/factory facilities, security, transport, canteen, and housekeeping
  14. Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
  15. Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with EHS standards
  16. Act as a strategic HR partner to management, supporting organizational growth and change initiatives
  17. Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning
  18. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Admin team

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
