Job Description:

A well-reputed software company is looking for a tech-savvy and analytical professional for the position of HR Data Analyst / HR Operations Executive. The role focuses on managing HR data systems, generating actionable insights through analytics, and supporting efficient HR operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The incumbent will work closely with HR and leadership teams to optimize workforce planning, enhance employee experience, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Work with Odoo ERP (HR Module)
  • Manage HR Operations
  • Conduct and monitor Performance Management
  • Manage and maintain HR data within HRIS and other digital platforms
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software
  • Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring trends, employee performance) to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data
  • Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in a tech-driven environment
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management systems
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve HR systems and workflows
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
  • Support HR audits, documentation, and process standardization

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

  4. Area of Expertise: HR and Admin
  5. Additional Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of Business Analysis & Statistical Analysis

    • Expertise in Power BI
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel
    • Good English communication skills
