A well-reputed software company is looking for a tech-savvy and analytical professional for the position of HR Data Analyst / HR Operations Executive. The role focuses on managing HR data systems, generating actionable insights through analytics, and supporting efficient HR operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The incumbent will work closely with HR and leadership teams to optimize workforce planning, enhance employee experience, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Work with Odoo ERP (HR Module)
- Manage HR Operations
- Conduct and monitor Performance Management
- Manage and maintain HR data within HRIS and other digital platforms
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software

Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring trends, employee performance) to support strategic decisions

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data

Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in a tech-driven environment

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation

Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management systems

Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve HR systems and workflows

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and retention

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws

Support HR audits, documentation, and process standardization
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Professional Certifications:
