The HR & Compliance position oversees employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensures company policies align with labor laws and buyer compliance standards, promoting a safe, ethical, and productive workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all HR and compliance-related documentation and records.
- Ensure the factory complies with all applicable labor laws, buyer standards and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and training sessions to uphold compliance and safety standards.
- Should have well-experience BSCI, RSC, Higg etc.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances and employee relations professionally.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and buyer audits.
- Any other work assigned by the authority.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
