Join one of the world's fastest-growing global retail chains as part of the HR & Admin team. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, store coordination, and administrative activities to ensure efficient workforce management and a positive employee experience across retail operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure manpower requisitions.
- Maintain recruitment calendars and report updates to the line manager.
- Schedule interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates according to requisitions.
- Ensure assessment of candidates and participation in the interview board.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies: headhunting, social media, networking, and internal.
- Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding processes with proper documentation.
- Issue new joining circulars for respective employees.
- Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and HRIS records.
- Ensure issuance of office ID cards, name badges, uniforms, and visiting cards.
- Manage efficient uniform and name badge requisitions, proper distribution, and franchise reporting.
- Plan and execute systematic induction programs for new employees.
- Support and arrange various employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with staff to ensure HR support.
- Monitor store groups for grooming and HR-related issues.
- Maintain a calendar for regular store visits with a checklist.
- Assist in subsidized lunch management, official tour arrangements, and other HR/Admin-related bills.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
