Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing for buyer and third-party audits.
2. Monitor compliance with labor laws and buyer codes of conduct.
3. Maintain proper documentation and follow up on CAPs.
4. Conduct awareness training on compliance and workplace safety.
5. Support grievance handling and ensure worker welfare, especially for female employees.
6. Coordinate with HR, production, and audit teams for compliance alignment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
