Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing for buyer and third-party audits.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and buyer codes of conduct.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on CAPs.
- Conduct awareness training on compliance and workplace safety.
- Support grievance handling and ensure worker welfare, especially for female employees.
- Coordinate with HR, production, and audit teams for compliance alignment.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
