- Lead end-to-end recruitment process across functions.
- Design and implement people-centric policies that drive engagement and performance.
- Develop, track, and implement KPIs and OKRs across teams.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee development, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
