Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager, HR to oversee recruitment and organizational culture. The role involves attracting and retaining top talent, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process across functions.
  • Design and implement people-centric policies that drive engagement and performance.
  • Develop, track, and implement KPIs and OKRs across teams.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support employee development, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Professional Certifications:
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 28 - 40 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR and Admin
  5. Additional Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, policy development, and performance frameworks.
