Simba Fashions Ltd., a leading export-oriented garment manufacturer based in Adamjee EPZ, is seeking a compassionate and proactive Welfare Officer (Female) to ensure employee well-being and compliance with labor standards. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive workplace environment for female workers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer codes of conduct regarding worker welfare and safety.
2. Monitor workplace environment, hygiene, sanitation, and canteen facilities.
3. Conduct awareness sessions on health, hygiene, gender sensitivity, and workplace rights.
4. Support maternity-related matters and ensure proper facilities for female employees.
5. Coordinate with HR and management to maintain discipline and positive employee relations.
6. Assist in organizing worker engagement programs, training, and counseling sessions.
7. Maintain welfare records, complaint logs, and compliance documentation.
8. Liaise with compliance and audit teams during social and ethical audits.
9. Promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace environment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
