Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor worker well-being and workplace conditions
• Address grievances and provide counseling
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and social standards
• Conduct awareness sessions on health, safety, and rights
• Maintain records and assist in audits and inspections

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
