A reputed garments factory is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Welfare Officer – Compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring workers’ welfare, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting ethical workplace standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure overall factory compliance as per buyer requirements.
2. Prepare and coordinate different buyer audits.
3. Maintain compliance-related documents and reports.
4. Ensure labor law and workplace safety standards.
5. Experience in handling BSCI, RSC, CTPAT / Buyer Compliance Audit will be an advantage.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Others Requirements:

5. Additional Requirements:
