Edison Real Estate Limited is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer, Design & Coordination to support the planning, design, review, and coordination of structural works for residential and commercial real estate projects. The incumbent will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure structural designs are safe, cost-effective, compliant with relevant codes and standards, and executed efficiently. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects within schedule and budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform or check structural analysis using software like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, etc.
• Check detailed drawings and specifications that submitted by consultants.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of design calculations, construction procedures, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.
• Review and approve project designs to align construction plans.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to identify and resolve any structural issues.
• Provide structural solutions of site issues raised by project team.
• Investigate structural issues, failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Offer technical advice and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or Related Field
