Tamim Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Officer / Executive to support its operational and supply chain functions. The role is responsible for efficient store management, inventory control, stock monitoring, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth production and business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records manually or using inventory software.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels.
- Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Track and manage dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
