Responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse activities. The role will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely availability of spare parts and materials, and efficient coordination with procurement, sales, and service teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts, accessories, tools, and other inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required items.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials according to company procedures.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement, identification, and preservation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, service, sales, and accounts departments.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize excess, shortage, damage, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise store personnel and ensure effective workflow.
- Support management in improving inventory accuracy and overall store efficiency.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
