Roles and Responsibilities:

1. In-Depth Knowledge of labor laws, labor rights, and compliance frameworks.
2. Strong communication, problems-solving, and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassionate, approachable, and details-oriented personality.
4. Prior experience in factory level welfare or compliance roles preferred.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any discipline
