Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide updated info on destinations, visas, and travel.
- Assist clients in planning domestic & international travel itineraries.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and support.
- Resolve travel-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
