KDS Logistics Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Officer / Officer – Compliance to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards. The role involves monitoring compliance practices, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of integrity within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and government requirements.
- Conduct regular field inspections and monitoring at Yard, CFS (Container Freight Station), and other operational areas.
- Assist in audits, prepare compliance documentation, and maintain necessary records.
- Liaise with relevant departments and external regulatory authorities.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions where non-compliance is identified.
- Participate in compliance awareness and training programs.
- Must be hardworking, proactive, and physically fit for frequent field work across Yard, CFS, and other logistic zones.
- Basic understanding of compliance or logistics operations is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
