Crystal International Group Limited is hiring a Sr. Officer – Finish Fabric Warehouse to manage finished fabric warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and timely material handling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily receiving, storage, issuance/dispatch of finished fabrics in decent manner.
• Verify received materials against SOP wise PO, challan, PL, Invoice, GRN & related documents.
• Ensure proper lot, shade, roll, batch and item-wise identification and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory through Tally/ERP/WMS/SAP and physical stock records.
• Ensure FIFO with warehouse space utilization. Excellent skill required in SOP.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for inventory accuracy and cost control.
• Conduct regular stock counting and reconcile physical vs system stock.
• Monitor shortage, excess, damaged, rejected and slow-moving, non-moving materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
• Maintain proper warehouse documents, bin cards and transaction records.
• Coordinate with Textile Process: Production, Planning, QA, Procurement, Finance & Others.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensure discipline and productivity.
• Ensure 5S, housekeeping and safe material handling. Co-ordinate all types of visits and audits.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

   • Experience in Textile (Knit-Dyeing) solid experience Required.
