We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Executive - RH & Compliance to ensure effective human resource operations and maintain compliance with labor laws, audits, and certifications for a well-reputed group of companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update employee database and personal files.
- Handle administrative operations, office management, and compliance.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth internal communication.
- Ensure labor law compliance and handle grievance issues.
- Organize training, employee engagement & welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documents as required.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
