Fashion Pulse Ltd., a concern of Fashion Step Group, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – HR Compliance to support the implementation of HR-related compliance policies and ensure alignment with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and social audit standards. The role is key to promoting a compliant, ethical, and employee-friendly workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and buyer requirements.
2. Support social, ethical, and technical audits (BSCI, SEDEX, etc.).
3. Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
4. Conduct training on workplace rights, safety, and compliance.
5. Assist in grievance handling and worker welfare programs.
6. Coordinate with auditors, buyers, and regulatory bodies.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
