Fashion Pulse Ltd., a concern of Fashion Step Group, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – HR Compliance to support the implementation of HR-related compliance policies and ensure alignment with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and social audit standards. The role is key to promoting a compliant, ethical, and employee-friendly workplace.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and buyer requirements.
- Support social, ethical, and technical audits (BSCI, SEDEX, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
- Conduct training on workplace rights, safety, and compliance.
- Assist in grievance handling and worker welfare programs.
- Coordinate with auditors, buyers, and regulatory bodies.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
