Job Description:

A well-reputed rechargeable battery-operated bike manufacturing company (China–Bangladesh Joint Venture) is looking for a competent and proactive Sr. Executive – HR to support and strengthen its Human Resources operations. The role involves handling core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a productive and disciplined factory environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage recruitment and selection process for factory and corporate positions.
  2. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  3. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
  4. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
  5. Monitor attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
  6. Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.
  7. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  8. Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.
  9. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  10. Ensure proper administrative support (office management, logistics, and facilities).
  11. Prepare regular HR reports and documentation for management.
  12. Maintain a positive and compliant industrial relations environment in the factory.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
