A well-reputed rechargeable battery-operated bike manufacturing company (China–Bangladesh Joint Venture) is looking for a competent and proactive Sr. Executive – HR to support and strengthen its Human Resources operations. The role involves handling core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a productive and disciplined factory environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection process for factory and corporate positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
- Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in performance management and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure proper administrative support (office management, logistics, and facilities).
- Prepare regular HR reports and documentation for management.
- Maintain a positive and compliant industrial relations environment in the factory.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
