Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production and mechanical equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and maintain textile machinery, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and process equipment.
3. Oversee mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of textile processing machinery, particularly dyeing, finishing, washing, and associated equipment.
4. Supervise mechanical maintenance of dyeing, finishing, washing, boiler, steam, compressed air, and piping systems.
5. Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, production, and utility teams to resolve machine-related problems.
6. Plan and execute preventive maintenance, shutdown maintenance, breakdown recovery, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
7. Support machinery installation, erection, alignment, commissioning, relocation, and factory expansion projects.
8. Manage mechanical spare parts, maintenance records, SOPs, and equipment history.
9. Ensure compliance with mechanical safety, LOTO, permit-to-work, and environmental requirements.
10. Lead technicians and mechanics, provide technical guidance, and drive equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement.
11. Ensure safe maintenance of rotating machinery, pressure systems, boilers, lifting equipment, and other mechanical installations.
12. Monitor MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and breakdown trends to improve maintenance performance.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Mechanical Engineering

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in textile, manufacturing, dyeing, washing, finishing, or other process industries.
   • Practical experience in large-scale industrial machinery maintenance, project installation, erection, and commissioning will be highly preferred.
   • Experience in leading or supervising a mechanical maintenance team is desirable.
   • Work effectively under production pressure.
   • Coordinate effectively with Production, Electrical, Utility, Procurement, and Project teams.
   • Drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
