The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Pakiza Software Ltd is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through systematic testing and quality assurance processes. The role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders, verifying bug fixes, and helping maintain high software quality standards. The QA Engineer also contributes to improving testing methodologies, supporting release cycles, and ensuring that products meet business and user requirements before deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
2. Perform Manual Testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
3. Design, develop, and maintain Automated Test Scripts.
4. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
5. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and UAT testing.
6. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software quality.
7. Participate in requirement analysis and product design discussions.
8. Prepare testing documentation and reports.
9. Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

   • Experience with Bug Tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, etc.).
   • Basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
   • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
