• Supervise and lead sewing line operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure smooth workflow and balanced line operations.
• Monitor quality standards and minimize defects/rework.
• Implement production plans as per buyer requirements and deadlines.
• Train, guide, and motivate operators for skill improvement.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and workplace compliance.
• Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and quality teams.
• Prepare daily production and efficiency reports.
• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and report maintenance issues.

Academic Qualifications:

• SSC
• Concentration/Major: SSC/HSC or Equivalent
