Pioneer Denim Limited is looking for a dedicated and people-focused Senior Welfare Officer – Compliance to ensure worker well-being and compliance with labor laws and buyer standards. The role involves promoting a positive work environment, addressing worker grievances, and supporting social compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging communication between workers and management, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure worker welfare in line with labor laws and buyer compliance requirements.
• Identify and address worker grievances promptly and fairly.
• Conduct regular welfare meetings and maintain effective communication between workers and management.
• Support health, safety, and hygiene programs across the factory.
• Organize awareness sessions on workers' rights, workplace conduct, and compliance topics.
• Maintain records of welfare activities, grievances, and resolutions.
• Assist in facing social compliance audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Promote a positive and inclusive working environment through engagement activities.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
