We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced professional for the position of Senior Merchandiser in our reputed Garments Manufacturing Company. The candidate should have strong merchandising knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage buyers and production independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer communication independently
- Manage order development, costing & production follow-up
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial & Sourcing teams
- Ensure on-time shipment and smooth execution of orders
- Monitor sample development, trims & accessories
- Prepare T&A calendar and merchandising reports
- Maintain strong buyer relationships and negotiation
- Solve production and shipment-related issues efficiently
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, BBA, or related discipline
Others Requirements:
- Age: 25 - 40 years
