Sharaf Apparels Ltd., a sister concern of Sharmin Group, is seeking a dedicated Sample QC professional to ensure that all garment samples meet required quality standards, buyer specifications, and company guidelines. The role involves close coordination with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues at the sample stage, ensuring smooth approval and on-time production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect all garment samples to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
2. Check fabric quality, trims, accessories, measurements, workmanship, and finishing of samples.
3. Identify quality issues at the sample stage and provide corrective feedback to the sampling and merchandising teams.
4. Ensure samples are prepared correctly for buyer submission and approvals.
5. Maintain proper records of sample inspections, comments, and revisions.
6. Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure quality consistency.
7. Monitor sample revisions and ensure timely corrections as per buyer comments.
8. Ensure adherence to company quality policies and buyer compliance requirements.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC / BA / BBA / MA Or Equivalent
