Meghna Quilting & Padding Mills, a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries, is seeking a proactive Product Development & Marketing Executive – Home Textile to support the development of new home textile products and execute marketing initiatives. The role focuses on product innovation, market trend analysis, buyer coordination, and promoting the company’s home textile offerings in line with business growth objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design innovative home textile products based on market trends and buyer requirements.
- Develop seasonal collections with concepts, color stories, and pattern ideas.
- Prepare design sheets, mockups, and artwork for sample development and production.
- Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams for buyer presentations.
- Research global trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques suitable for export and local markets.
- Work with printing, embroidery, jacquard, and woven patterns.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor/Master’s in Textile/Fashion Design/Charukola Institute (Fine Arts) or related field.

- Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).

- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Experience with export buyers is a plus.
