Sharmin Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pattern Master (Woven Garments) responsible for developing accurate patterns, grading, sample fitting, and ensuring proper garment construction according to buyer specifications. The role requires strong technical knowledge of woven garments, pattern-making software, fabric consumption, and close coordination with the sampling and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grade garment patterns using CAD software based on        development samples and buyer specifications.
2. Create accurate patterns, markers, and grading to ensure zero-error cutting and optimum fabric utilization.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and buyer comments to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Coordinate with the Product Development and Sampling teams from development through production.
5. Prepare and revise patterns for proto, fit, size set, pre-production, and production samples.
6. Evaluate garment fit, proportions, construction, and workmanship, and implement necessary pattern corrections.
7. Provide technical guidance on pattern making, grading, garment construction, and sewing methods to production teams.
8. Ensure all patterns meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production feasibility.
9. Monitor pattern accuracy and support cost reduction by maximizing CAD efficiency and marker optimization.
10. Maintain proper documentation and follow up on pattern revisions throughout the product development cycle.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering
