Dekko Foods Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer / Sr. Officer (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to enhance operational efficiency, sales performance, and strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collect necessary information from each department over the phone & through the mail. Make sure that the job is completely done.
2. Should be proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as ERP & MS Office programs, typing, and analytical knowledge.
3. Territory-wise monthly target set, FF-wise TA/DA and incentive prepared as per company policy.
4. Train the employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
5. Make sure the daily job is completely done before office leave whatever the office time.
6. Should understand the specifications of the data to prepare an authentic MIS report.
7. Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and consulting with the head of MIS for anything improvement.
8. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly data analytical ability.
9. Prepared trivial MIS reports and any kind of job of MIS.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or Related Field
