Pioneer Denim Limited, a sister concern of Pioneer Group, is looking for a qualified and motivated Officer / Sr. Officer – Admin & HR to assist in managing HR functions and administrative tasks. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee attendance, disciplinary actions, compliance, and day-to-day factory administration to ensure a productive and legally compliant work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have known about floor HR practices.
- Conduct factory Staff/ Worker recruitment and selection procedures of factory according to approved Manpower Requisition and SOP.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Ensure compensation and benefit rules and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
