Job Description:

Pioneer Denim Limited, a sister concern of Pioneer Group, is looking for a qualified and motivated Officer / Sr. Officer – Admin & HR to assist in managing HR functions and administrative tasks. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee attendance, disciplinary actions, compliance, and day-to-day factory administration to ensure a productive and legally compliant work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate should have known about floor HR practices.
  2. Conduct factory Staff/ Worker recruitment and selection procedures of factory according to approved Manpower Requisition and SOP.
  3. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  4. Ensure compensation and benefit rules and regulations.
  5. Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 25 - 40 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: Factory HR Administration
Experience and Skills:
  1. 2 - 4 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
