A well-reputed organization is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer – HR & Payroll. The role is responsible for managing payroll processing, attendance and leave records, employee database maintenance, and ensuring timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records & manpower database.
- Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculation & final settlement.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee joining, confirmation, increment & separation process.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursement.
- Support performance appraisal & disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee grievances professionally.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
