The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative and human resource operations, including employee record management, recruitment support, attendance monitoring, and general office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure smooth HR and administrative functions in a dynamic garment manufacturing environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle office logistics and administrative support tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operational support.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
