Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading ceramic tile manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in the Accounts & Finance department. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to financial operations, accounting processes, budgeting, and reporting, serving as a foundation for a career in finance within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system/ERP.
2. Maintain general ledger accounts and trial balance.
3. Prepare and post journal entries under supervision.
4. Support various accounts processing functions.
5. Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
6. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
7. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Others Requirements:

1. Age: 25 - 35 years
