We are seeking a Medical Assistant for our 100% export-oriented ready-made garments factory at Stylesmyth San Apparels Limited. In this role, you will provide medical care and first aid to employees, maintain health records, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our workforce.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the factory medical officer in providing primary healthcare services to workers.
- Support daily medical check-ups, treatment, and follow-up of sick or injured employees.
- Maintain medical records, health registers, and first-aid documentation accurately.
- Handle emergency cases and ensure proper referral to hospitals when required.
- Provide health awareness and basic counseling on hygiene, nutrition, and safety practices.
- Assist in managing the medical center equipment, medicines, and inventory.
- Support compliance-related health and safety requirements during audits.
Academic Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Technology
- Concentration/Major: Diploma in Medical Technology / Paramedical Science or relevant field.
