The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing and sales operations, developing effective strategies, and driving business growth through campaigns, client acquisition, and team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Plan and execute campaigns (online & offline)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate leads
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
