This is a senior-level finance leadership role responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting for real estate projects and business operations. The position supports strategic financial planning and ensures regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis processes.
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, working capital, and financial discipline.
• Develop pricing models, pricing governance, and profitability optimization strategies.
• Analyze product, customer, and segment-level margins and revenue performance.
• Monitor inventory turnover, aging, and receivables recovery processes.
• Prepare timely management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial insights.
• Conduct risk assessments and support development of mitigation frameworks.
• Oversee project costing, cost allocation, and project profitability analysis.
• Implement Activity-Based Costing (ABC) frameworks and cost optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, ROI, ROE, BEP, and payback analysis.
• Prepare board reports, financial presentations, and strategic performance analysis.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, SOPs, governance, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate board meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare BRDs and support finance system/process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage analytics and reporting tools to automate dashboards and improve data accuracy.
• Define, monitor, and align financial KPIs with strategic and operational objectives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA/MCOM in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• CACC / CMA Qualified or Partly Qualified will give preference.
