A well-reputed group of companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Factory HR for its RMG division. The position is responsible for leading factory HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining employee relations, supporting workforce management, and fostering a productive and positive working environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in factory HR management within the garment industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all factory HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting for the factory.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, labor regulations, buyer requirements, and audit standards.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and workforce productivity.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain effective communication with workers, staff, management, and worker participation committees.
- Support industrial relations activities and foster a harmonious workplace environment.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records, HR reports, and statutory compliance documents.
- Collaborate with factory management to improve employee welfare, retention, and workplace culture.
- Lead compliance audits and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration in coordination with relevant departments.
- Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
