Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers` quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.);
2. Building company image by collaborating with customers, organizations of employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
3. Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promoting the company`s Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer`s requirements.
4. Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine the present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products;
5. Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process, including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
6. Managing and measuring the performance of the key local and worldwide suppliers.
7. Working with effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
8. Reviewing and Updating Company`s quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
9. Developing and maintaining quality assurance objectives and coordinating objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
10. Planning, promoting, and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.
11. Review output samples against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
12. Finalizing the critical operation, and quality points and explaining them to the Quality team.
13. Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure.
14. Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finish goods.
15. Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions; Getting a successful inspection done at various stages of Production;
16. Have to handle buyers from order inquiry stage to shipment.
17. Have to look after independently every single step of the process.
18. Have to handle renowned Buyers like Zara, Bestseller, M&S.
19. Must have experience with woven denim & bottoms
20. Ensuring quality work process within the stipulated time.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Others Requirements:
