DEKKO Legacy Group is looking for an experienced and creative Manager – Design to lead and manage design activities across its projects and product development initiatives. The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, functional, and commercially viable design solutions while ensuring quality, timelines, and brand standards. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the design team in conceptualizing and developing seasonal collections for woven bottoms, formalwear, outerwear, and jackets, including denim.
2. Create mood boards, concept presentations, and sample development plans aligned with global fashion trends and market demands.
3. Ensure timely execution of all design projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Stay updated with international fashion trends, consumer insights, and brand direction.
5. Incorporate trend-forward, commercially viable elements into collections.
6. Travel for inspiration, sourcing, and client interactions to remain aligned with global design movements and customer expectations.
7. Present collections to international buyers and customers with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling.
8. Adapt presentations as per buyer feedback and market-specific requirements.
9. Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and product feasibility.
10. Coordinate with wash and finishing teams to integrate innovative and sustainable techniques into product design.
11. Drive innovation in washes, finishes, and design processes.
12. Support and implement sustainable design practices within the denim category.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Fashion Design
• Concentration/Major: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
