Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Industrial Engineering to support production efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to industrial engineering functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preparing candidates for future leadership positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and improving production processes and workflow efficiency.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare production reports and performance analyses.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production targets and help implement process improvements.
• Maintain industrial engineering data and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in IPE or Textile Engineering/ Related Field
